Is it your daily job to improve the safety of food? We offer you three videos about important subjects that we like to share with you. The videos are initiated by Paul Besseling, consultant at Précon Consulting Group.
In the first video Paul will explain the principles of the Food Safety Bow Tie (FSBT). He will demonstrate how this approach will help you to understand HACCP. The second video shows how this approach relates to HACCP as presented in ISO 22000. The third video is about the revision of the HACCP-system in the General Principles of Food Hygiene.
